FAQ'S

Q: Is there a marathon cut-off time?
A: The course officially closes at 1:00 PM.  We will remain at the finish until the last participant arrives.  Participants will be allowed to finish until 3:00 PM, but traffic controls will have to be obeyed.

Q: Is the course a Boston Qualifier?
A: Yes.  The course is certified and sanctioned by USA Track & Field.

Q: Are walkers allowed?
A: Yes.  Approximately 20% of the marathon participants will be walkers.

Q: Are there places on the course to view participants?
A: Yes, a map with appropriate locations will be provided at participant check-in. We do like to minimize on course traffic, so it is important to follow the maps provided.

Q: What are the awards?
A: Overall and Age-Group Winners will receive awards.  Awards will be presented at the award ceremonies following the event.

Q: Is there a wheel chair division?
A: No. In the future we hope to add this category.

Q: Can my family/friends drive on the course?
A: The course is not "officially" closed but traffic is controlled and safety is our primary concern.  Maps will be availbable at packet pick-up with directions for best viewing and support locations.
